Mango Cream Popsicles

These Mango Cream Popsicles are gluten free, soy free, corn syrup free with a dairy free
and Vegan option.  Super easy popsicles with nothing artificial.

Summer is great for so many things.  Time off for family vacations and lots of activities.  Another thing that seems to be popular (or planned) is having a baby due… Not me!  :)   I'm talking about my friend Jaren over at Diary of a Recipe Collector , she just had her baby last week!!  She now has 4 beautiful children.  Check out her pictures on Instagram and follow her to see the ooh so cute baby moments.  (Just a warning: Landry is CUTE!)  She definitely has her hands full for awhile...  I remember those sleepless nights and the insanity caused from it.  :-/  Help is always welcomed in whatever form.  If I lived closer to Jaren, I'd been dropping off food and offer to entertain the rest of the crew when she's tries to rest.

Since we don't live close enough I'm helping by sharing a simple recipe that's super kid friendly.  Everyone could use easy recipes, especially with a newborn.  Hot weather is a perfect excuse to make some Mango Cream Popsicles with your kids.  Sure, you could buy any popsicle from the store (and there ain't no shame in that!)  but you'd be spending more than money and most come with artificial fillers.  These are so simple, Sir (6 years old) and Mr. Naughty (2 years old) helped me make these.

Mango is also great because it's always available at your local grocery store.  Fresh or frozen doesn't matter, it's just plain good.  And it was fun creating layers and swirls with yogurt.  Actually, too much fun.  Notice most of the swirls disappeared with overexcited mixing.  It's ok, they still tasted great. I used the Norpro Ice Pop Maker from Amazon for about $15, but any mold will work.

Head on over to Diary of a Recipe Collector for the full recipe and you can follow Jaren on
Facebook and Bloglovin for all the latest baby news and recipes.

p.s.  And if you haven't already congratulated Jaren on her latest addition, please leave her comment on her blog.  Baby congratulations never get old, do they? :-D
