This week has been nothing but cold and rainy for us!  That means we're going a little stir 
crazy staying indoors already.  I absolutely dread winter coming again after the aftermath of 
last year's Polar Vortex.

case you aren't familiar with my blog,  I have a focus on food allergies.   Holidays are difficult 
for kids (and adults) that cannot eat foods like wheat, egg, nuts or dairy, etc.  To help find a
