Peppermint Chocolate Donuts (gluten free, dairy free, Vegan)

Start the Christmas Season out with peppermint. I love anything with candy canes and chocolate. Add coconut cream to make these peppermint donuts gluten free, dairy free, and Vegan.

My goodness… December is already here and I feel so unprepared for all the busy festivities ahead. This is my favorite time of year but also seems to be the most stressful. I think everyone get a little frazzled this time especially just coming off of a late Thanksgiving.

I remember moving this time a few short years ago. Moving is such a pain and really turns life upside down, epecially with kids. My husband and I were a bit crazy and decided to move when I was eight and half months pregnant. Yeah. It seemed like a good idea at the time…

We knew we wanted to move before Sir started school and also thought that moving before the baby (Mr. Naughty) arrived would be best. And in theory it was.

The reality was horrible. All the late night packing. The organizing. The limited toys for Sir to keep occupied. Go figured being eight and half months pregnant made me already exhausted but the moving pushed me over the edge at the end.

That feeling didn't help after we moved either. The whole settling in is hard… There's always SO much to do all at once.

My friend Brianne over at Cupcakes and Kale Chips, just moved, right before Thanksgiving so she is going through all of those things I just mentioned (minus the whole pregnancy thing). There can never be enough hours in the day to feel fully settled in a new house so close to the holidays.
