Happy New Year!  I hope you all had a wonderful start to the year and are getting ready to return 
to work and school if you've been off.  Have you made a bunch of resolutions?  How many have 
you broken already?  Just kidding… but really don't beat yourself up just yet.

I look at the new year as a reminder of things we should be doing and take it one day at time.  One 
of my resolutions has been exercising at least 2-3 times per week and only eating when I'm 
hungry.  I've already failed this week but I'm ok with that.  Next week I'll try again and I got in a 
few good workouts with the elliptical.  All of those are still a WIN.

Speaking of WINS… I would love to try all my co-hosts recipes this week!
